Durham standout Justin Watts signs with UNC

Justin Watts waited until almost the last minute of the NCAA's spring basketball signing period to make a decision, and his patience led to a spot at North Carolina. Watts, a 6-5 swingman at Durham Jordan High School, signed a binding national letter of intent with North Carolina on Tuesday night. He also had offers from Stanford and Rice.
