National public radio has a weekly, hour-long quiz show called "Wait Wait…Don't Tell Me!" This has also become an apt motto for Tar Heel basketball fans, forced to hold their breath from the end of the 2008 season until the dawn of summer, when the NBA draft is held. This is the second time in four years the North Carolina program faces an unplanned makeover.
