Lowell Dyer finds ways to help Heels
Posted Aug 28, 2008
Deep snaps probably won't be the only time Lowell Dyer makes his way onto the field this season. After excelling at Riverside, Dyer walked-on to the UNC team in 2005. He worked his way up the depth chart until he started six games for the Tar Heels last season while Scott Lenahan was hurt. Dyer impressed the coaches to the point that he earned a full scholarship after spring practice in April.
