Durham Jordan RB commits to UNC

Durham Jordan High School running back Jerrell Rhodes, who has openly expressed his preference for North Carolina over the past two months, has finally made an oral commitment to the Tar Heels. Rhodes spoke to UNC assistant coach Ken Browning late Monday evening to make the pledge official, according to Jordan assistant coach Jason Luck. Rhodes chose the Tar Heels over offers from Akron, Ball State, Buffalo and Illinois. (WRAL.com)
