Casey Nogueira named ACC Women's Soccer Player of the Week

North Carolina junior forward Casey Nogueira has been named the ACC Women's Soccer Player of the Week for games played Oct. 2 and Oct. 5. Nogueira accounted for five of the second-ranked Tar Heels' seven goals in a pair of wins over nationally-ranked teams. Nogueira scored twice in North Carolina's 3-0 win at ninth-ranked Duke on Thursday and delivered a hat trick in Sunday's 4-2 victory at 16th-ranked Wake Forest.
