Dome farewell will be gleeful for Tim Brewster
Posted Nov 20, 2008
The Minnesota Gophers will play their last game in the Metrodome on Saturday night against Iowa. Minnesota coach Tim Brewster said he won't miss the place. "I'm an outdoor football guy; I don't think the Dome is conducive to college football," Brewster said Tuesday. "I don't think the Dome is conducive to a game-day experience for collegiate fans and kids. I think we're all genuinely excited about going to TCF Bank Stadium."
