UNC Softball Splits Doubleheader On Final Day Of Carolina Classic

The North Carolina softball team (11-2) split its doubleheader in the final two games of the Carolina Classic on Sunday. The Tar Heels dropped a 1-0 decision to Lipscomb, before bouncing back with an 8-0 run-rule victory over Mount St. Mary's. Carolina went 6-1 on the week and 5-1 in the home tournament. The Tar Heel pitchers shined in the circle.
