Tar Heels Prepare For Maui Invitational Opener


Top-ranked North Carolina (3-0) will open play in the 2008 EA Sports Maui Invitational when it plays host Chaminade on Monday at 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time (4:30 p.m. in Hawaii) in the Lahaina Civic Center in Lahaina, Hawaii. The game will be televised nationally by ESPNU. Carolina has won six consecutive games in the Maui Invitational, winning the event the last two times it has visited the island (during the 1999-2000 and 2004-05 seasons). (Tar Heel Blue)
