No. 2 Tar Heel Women Too Much For Terriers, 96-42

Chay Shegog scored 12 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the second-ranked Tar Heels to a 96-42 rout of Wofford on Tuesday night. Shegog, a 6-5 freshman, tallied the first double-double of her college career. She tied her career high in scoring that she established in North Carolina's 80-79 win at Oklahoma on Sunday in the Women's Preseason NIT final, and she reached double figures in rebounds for the first time.
