ACC football this year was like the stock market used to be: up and down. Here is a quick hit on which programs are going the wrong way, and the right way. Right Way: North Carolina – Butch Davis’ team didn’t appear to improve much after mid-October. But the Tar Heels spent four weeks in the national polls, are doing extremely well on the recruiting trail and flipped their 4-8 record from 2007 to 8-4 this season.
