UNC Women's Golf Team Inks Recruit Courtney Gunter

North Carolina women's golf coach Sally Austin announced the signing of Courtney Gunter from Matthews, N.C., who will join the Tar Heel team in the fall of 2009. "We are thrilled Courtney will be joining the Tar Heel women's golf team in the fall of 2009," says Austin. "Gunter, who attended Porter Ridge High School, was a 2008 Rolex Junior All-America Honorable Mention and the N.C. High School 1A/2A/3A State Champion the last three years (2006, 2007, 2008).
