Baseball Signee Profile: Cody Penny

Cody Penny officially fulfilled his childhood goal of becoming a Tar Heel last week, as the senior right-handed pitcher at Hudson (N.C.) South Caldwell signed with North Carolina. "I have wanted to be a Tar Heel since I was younger,” Penny said. “I have been Tar Heel born and Tar Heel bred and my dad is a big fan. I have always loved Carolina and been striving for the opportunity to play at North Carolina.” (Inside Carolina)
