WVU comfortable in hostile territory
Posted Dec 27, 2008
The West Virginia Mountaineers, who will be playing in enemy territory today when they take on North Carolina in the Meineke Car Care Bowl in Charlotte, are not concerned about the location of the game. "You could put us anywhere, a gravel parking lot, whatever," WVU linebacker Anthony Leonard said. "You've got to line up 11 against 11." West Virginia (8-4) has a recent history of playing in bowl games against home-state teams.
