Eastern Powers?

According to Sagarin's ratings, published weekly by USA Today, the ACC was Division I's most powerful league as the calendar year comes to an end. Second is the Big 10, the ACC's version of the Washington Generals, and third is the Big East. Four ACC teams rank among Sagarin's top 10 through Dec. 28: UNC is No.1, Duke is 2, Clemson is 4, and Wake Forest is No.8. (Tar Heel Daily)
