UNC lands commitment from Florida quarterback
Posted Jan 10, 2009
UNC has landed its second oral commitment in a month from a player from Armwood High School in Seffner, FL. Armwood quarterback Mywan Jackson chose the Tar Heels over offers from Michigan and 23 other major college programs. He joins prep teammate and Armwood defensive back Angelo Hadley in the Tar Heel recruiting class. Hadley committed to UNC in early December. Jackson believes Butch Davis is building a championship contender in Chapel Hill.
