Time for work, not for panic for Tar Heels

Shock, anger and disappointment -- all three emotions surged in North Carolina's locker room after the Tar Heels fell to 0-2 in the ACC with Sunday's loss to Wake Forest. There was also a determination, however, not to treat these January stumbles as the fatal derailing of a season with championship aspirations. In the 1996-97 Tar Heels team, UNC coach Roy Williams' club could point to a group that lost its first three league games en route to a Final Four trip.
