Sam Montgomery solidifies his final three

On this eve of National Signing Day, one big time area prospect has eliminated the in-state schools from his recruiting list.

The South Carolina Network reports that Greenwood defensive end Sam Montgomery will choose among North Carolina, LSU, and Auburn for his college football. He was also pursued by Clemson and South Carolina. Montgomery will make a mid-morning announcement of his destination Wednesday. (News Channel 7, SC)
