Recruiting experts give Heels high marks
Posted Feb 5, 2009
North Carolina and N.C. State added to their growing football programs yesterday, and Duke made a strong start in its plans for the future on the opening day of the NCAA's football-signing period. UNC signed 29 players, N.C. State added 28 and Duke landed 27. Each program signed all of the players from whom it had commitments and none suffered any damaging defections, a sign that the classes have the ingredients for success.
