Butch Davis has stressed the importance of recruiting the state of North Carolina ever since he arrived in Chapel Hill nearly 27 months ago, and on Wednesday, his coaching staff delivered by signing a top-10 national recruiting class that boasts eight of the top-10 players in the Tar Heel state. UNC dominated the state of North Carolina in a fashion that hasn't been seen in recent history, building a foundation for one of the nation's top recruiting classes.
