Featherston: The Fight

The greatest rivalry in college basketball began in violence and chaos. That’s not to say that Duke and North Carolina didn’t meet on the hardwood long before the infamous 1961 brawl in Cameron Indoor Stadium. There was actually a Duke-Carolina rivalry before there was a Duke. When the two schools first met in 1920, the Durham-based school was known as Trinity College. (Go Duke)
