Chad Holbrook finds new family ties with South Carolina

Chad Holbrook could have kept coaching baseball at North Carolina. That certainly would have been the easiest thing to do. As a player for the Tar Heels from 1990 to 1993 and a coach for the following 15 seasons at his alma mater, Holbrook had built a good life in Chapel Hill and a reputation as one of the top assistants in college baseball.
