T.C. Williams Honors Ruffin-Pratt, Retires Uniform

She had already locked up the number one spot in the T.C. Williams record books as the program’s career scoring leader. Now, Tierra Ruffin-Pratt has #4 all to herself as well. The All-Everything Titan senior had her jersey retired Friday night, and it marks the first time a T.C. girls basketball player has had a jersey set aside. Ruffin-Pratt has signed to play for the University of North Carolina starting next fall. (Alexandria Times)
