Keegan Mueller Claims ACC Wrestling Title; Six Tar Heels Headed To NCAAs


Senior Keegan Mueller captured the 165-pound title to lead North Carolina to a fourth-place finish at the 2009 ACC Wrestling Championships. The Tar Heels sent four wrestlers to the finals and finished with 54.5 points, 15.5 points behind Maryland, which claimed its second straight title. Mueller claimed his first ACC title with a 4-1 victory over Virginia's Mike Sewell in the title match to improve to 32-7 (Tar Heel Blue)
