UNC Women Earn No. 3 Seed In NCAA Oklahoma City Regional


The University of North Carolina women's basketball team was awarded an at-large bid to the 2009 NCAA Tournament and will open play against Conference USA champion UCF on Saturday, March 21, in Chattanooga, Tenn. UNC, which enters the tournament with a record of 27-6, is the No. 3 seed in the Oklahoma City Regional, while the Knights (17-16) are the No. 14 seed. (Tar Heel Blue)
