ESPNU 150 Watch List tight end / defensive end Blake Barker told affiliate Web site NittanyNetwork.com, "I have about eight (scholarship) offers. Boston College, Duke, Stanford, Maryland, North Carolina, Penn State, Rutgers and Syracuse have offered."
From that list, Barker has already visited North Carolina, Duke, Boston College and Stanford. He left for a trip to Florida Tuesday, and intends to visit Penn State for the program's spring game.
The BB&N junior doesn't expect to make a commitment soon, "It's still pretty early. Right now I'm keeping all my options open."
