Tar Heels pass test against Elon

North Carolina picked up right where it left off prior to a hiatus to complete most of final exams. As a result, Elon University failed this non-league test Tuesday night at Boshamer Stadium. The Tar Heels, ranked No. 1 nationally in some polls, ripped the Phoenix 15-6, ending the country's third-longest active winning streak at nine games. (Burlington Times News)
