Baseball Signee Profile: Robert Orlan


Robert Orlan, a left handed pitcher at Glen Allen (Va.) Deep Run, signed with North Carolina and is scheduled to join the Tar Heel baseball program later this year. Robert “R.C.” Orlan is a 6-0 left handed pitcher and is in the top 750 of the Perfect Game rankings for the 2009 recruiting class. His father ran track at Michigan and he’s has been clocked at 7.41 in the 60 yard dash. Orlan was named a 2008 all-district selection and was selected to the Virginia Commonwealth Games.
