Player of the Year: Ed Davis
Posted Mar 30, 2008
The hardest thing to get from Ed Davis is a smile for a picture. Thing is, Davis, a senior at Benedictine, has a great smile. The most decorated high school basketball player in the Richmond area in nearly 20 years, Davis has been a first-team Times-Dispatch All-Metro selection three consecutive years. Davis is frequently double and triple-teamed and beat upon much like his soon-to-be UNC teammate Tyler Hansbrough.
