The ACC Baseball Tournament should give fans plenty to cheer about when it begins Wednesday at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. But don't expect the players to celebrate quite the same way. Batters who belt a critical home run won't get swarmed by teammates at home plate any more; under a new NCAA rule this season, only preceding base runners are allowed in the dirt area around the final bag.
