Tar Heels enter tourney knowing title's value

North Carolina first baseman Dustin Ackley, whose team has advanced to the past three College World Series, says there's particular value in this week's ACC Tournament. "I think the ACC Tournament is pretty special," Ackley said. "We learned that my freshman year." Two years ago, the Tar Heels won the ACC Tournament. Tonight, they start the process in trying to regain the title when they face Duke at Durham Bulls Athletic Park.
