North Carolina To Host Fourth Straight NCAA Regional

After posting a school-record eighth straight 40-win season and holding a spot in the top five of the national polls for the entire season, the University of North Carolina has been selected as one of 16 regional hosts for the 2009 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship, the NCAA announced Sunday. The Tar Heels (42-16) will host a regional for the fourth straight season and the fifth time in program history.
