Upon the conclusion of the first day of competition in the Chapel Hill Regional, the game everyone was hoping for came to fruition with top-seeded North Carolina facing the No. 2 seed Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Saturday at 5 p.m. in the winner’s bracket. This Coastal squad was the first team to defeat the Tar Heels in the newly-renovated Boshamer Stadium back on Feb. 24th by a margin of 7-3.
