CB Tyler Stephenson moving up the charts

Moving up the charts is cornerback Tyler Stephenson of Lancaster HS. Coming in at 19, Stephenson is the best pure cornerback prospect in the state. To me, he has the quickest feet in the country. His backpedal is fast, tight, and controlled. He would be even higher if he was 15 to 20 pounds heavier.
