St. Louis Rams sign Brooks Foster

The St. Louis Rams have signed fifth-round pick WR Brooks Foster. According to a league source, it's a four-year, $1.925 million deal that includes a signing bonus worth roughly $175,000. Foster started 13 of 41 career games for the Tar Heels. Because of the uncertainty at the receiver position for the Rams, Foster should have a decent chance to make their final roster despite being a second day draft pick. (Gridiron Gateway)
