Streater's Stand

He wasn’t the meanest or the most athletic. Lawrence Taylor fit that bill. He wasn’t the biggest and strongest. Certainly Donnell Thompson and William Fuller brought more girth and sinew to the defense. But certainly Steve Streater was the heart and soul of one of the best defenses in Carolina football history. (Rams Club)
