Happy Valley welcomes UA All-American Dakota Royer
Posted Aug 1, 2009
Under Armour All-American defensive end Dakota Royer has committed to Penn State over Pittsburgh, Notre Dame, North Carolina, and Oregon, ESPN affiliate Web site NittanyNetwork.com reports. ESPN's Craig Haubert reacted to the news, "Dakota Royer committed to Penn State today and it was not much of a shock. Regardless of the announcement lacking much suspense the bottom line and key point is that Penn State added one heck of a football player."
