Alex White ready to get back onto diamond

It's back to baseball for Alex White. Finally. After wading through the sometimes choppy waters of contract negotiations, White is once again focusing on playing the game he loves and now, he's getting paid to do so. The former D.H. Conley standout who went on to star for North Carolina agreed to a deal with the Cleveland Indians that included a $2.25 million bonus just minutes before the signing deadline late Monday night.
