North Carolina Women Ranked No. 1 By Soccer America


Defending champion North Carolina is ranked No. 1 in the Soccer America Women's Preseason Top 25 rankings, as selected by its editors, and five Atlantic Coast Conference teams are ranked among the top 14. The Tar Heels jump right into the fire this Saturday when the Tar Heels host No. 3 UCLA in the regular season opener for both teams. Game time is 7 p.m. Saturday at Fetzer Field. (Tar Heel Blue)
