Tar Heel lefty joining Gamecocks


Sophomore LHP Logan Munson of Columbia is transferring from North Carolina to South Carolina. Munson played his high school ball at A.C. Flora. As a freshman, he made 15 appearances for the Tar Heels pitching 15 total innings. He had an ERA of 3.00. Last season, he made 34 appearances with an ERA below 3.00 He will have to sit out this season but can work out with Ray Tanner’s club in the spring. (Palmetto Sports)
