North Carolina Ranked No. 21 In AP Football Poll

The UNC football team is ranked No. 21 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll, which was released Saturday morning. It is Carolina's first appearance in the preseason poll since a No. 12 ranking in 1998. Carolina was ranked as high as No. 17 last season in the AP poll. The Tar Heels are one of four ACC teams in the top 25. Carolina is No. 20 in the preseason USA Today Coaches poll.
