Bob McAdoo's nephew commits to UNC

While celebrating the 2009 NCAA championship over the holiday weekend, North Carolina secured a commitment from a player who could keep the Tar Heels in contention for future titles. James McAdoo, a 6-foot-8, 210-pound junior forward from Norfolk (Va.) Christian School with a strong basketball tradition and a tie to North Carolina in his family, has committed to the Tar Heels. Scout.com ranks McAdoo as the No. 2 player in his class. (Raleigh News & Observer)
