Giants WR Hakeem Nicks injured

New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks injured his foot in Sunday's season opener against Washington. Nicks, the team's first-round pick out of North Carolina, caught a ball in the flat in the fourth quarter and Washington linebacker London Fletcher rolled over the lower part of his leg as he was bringing the receiver to the ground. X-rays taken during the game revealed a sprained foot. (KVOS.com)
