Lucky Radley cleared to play but must sit out 4 games

Lucky Radley, a top running back and defensive back who transferred from Agoura to Woodland Hills Taft, was cleared on Friday by City Section Commissioner Barbara Fiege to join the Toreadors, but he must sit out the first four games before he's allowed to play. Radley will become eligible on Oct. 9. The ruling was made because Radley was declared ineligible last season when he transferred from Encino Crespi to Taft. (Los Angeles Times)
