Former Florida commit Victor Hampton considering UNC


Former Florida commitment defensive back Victor Hampton (5-11, 170) of Darlington made an unofficial visit to South Carolina for the Ole Miss game. Hampton transferred to Darlington from Independence High in Charlotte prior to the season. He had 10 interceptions as a cornerback last season. He is now giving the Gamecocks consideration along with Clemson, North Carolina, N.C. State and Tennessee. He has visited Tennessee twice. (The State)
