A productive bye week for Virginia

With an ACC opener at North Carolina on the horizon, common sense would indicate that Virginia’s football players would have tuned in for the Tar Heels’ showdown on Saturday against Georgia Tech. Think again. Defensive end Nate Collins took in some of the Virginia Tech drubbing of Miami. Safety Rodney McLeod followed suit. “I had already seen tape of North Carolina,” Collins said.
