UNC Honors Eric Montross, Eve Carson

Two recent graduates of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill were honored Friday at the 2009 Distinguished Young Alumni Awards. Eric Montross, a member of the 1993 NCAA championship Tar Heels team, graduated in 1994 with a degree in speech. As a college athlete, Montross visited patients at the N.C. Children's Hospital. He continues to support and raise money for the hospital. (WRAL.com)
