Jeffrey Whitaker named Army All-American

When his football playing days come to an end, Warner Robins tackle Jeffrey Whitaker might want to consider a job in espionage. He’s that good at keeping a secret. During a Friday pep rally hours before the Demons kicked off against rival Houston County, the population at large learned what Whitaker and a few close associates had known for more than a year: Whitaker is among 90 high school seniors who’ll play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Jan. 9, 2010, in San Antonio.
