UNC, Duke tied for preseason favorite in ACC basketball

The ACC media couldn't decide between Duke and North Carolina Sunday, so the two long-time rivals wound up in a tie for the preseason favorite in the league. It's the first time in the 41 years of the preseason poll that two schools finished in a tie for first. Both schools finished with 545 total points from media at the league's Operation Basketball. Duke had 25 first-place votes and UNC 20. (WRAL Sports Fan)
