Connie Altman, Game Chairman of the 73rd Shrine Bowl Of The Carolinas announced today that North Carolina Tar Heels Head Football Coach, Butch Davis has accepted the invitation to be the special guest speaker for the Shrine Bowl Coaches and Players Awards Banquet on Friday evening, December 18 at 7 p.m. athe Marriott Renaissance Park Hotel and Conference Center in downtown Spartanburg, SC.
