ACC Football Commitment Lists: Coastal Division, Oct. 28

For the third straight week Miami has landed a commitment. Maybe the national attention is catching some eyes. This week it’s David Perry, a defensive end out of Ft. Lauderdale. He received three stars from both Rivals.com and Scout.com. In other commitment signings, Duke added outside linebacker Clerance France from Columbus, Georgia making it 14 signed overall for the Blue Devils. (ACC Sports Journal)
